How much of the proceeds go to Wildlife Conservation?

- We dedicate 10% of net profits to various Lion and animal conservations! We are also actively seeking additional foundations to donate to. If you have any, please recommend them via email.

When did Gold Lion Gear launch?

- We started Gold Lion Gear on May 20th, 2015.

What is your return policy?

- If the item is defective or you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Please email "here2help@goldliongear.com" for exchanges and include "return" and your order number in the subject line.

Do you ship worldwide?

- We currently only ship within the U.S. (including Hawaii & Alaska). We plan on implementing worldwide shipping next year.

Where is your company located?

- Gold Lion Gear is located in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

How can I pay?

- We currently accept PayPal and credit card payments. You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

Can I cancel or change my order?

- If you have made a mistake when placing your order, please contact us to have it canceled. Afterwards, you may place an order with the correct items.

Are you accepting Campus Ambassadors at this time?

- We have begun organizing our ambassador program, please send applications and/or questions to programs@goldliongear.com

Do you have any promotional material to send me, such as stickers?

- We currently do not have any stickers or other promotional materials for sale. Please check back in a few weeks.
